Onboardly is a Polish SaaS platform that digitizes employee onboarding (identity verification, e-signed contracts, digital personnel files) and automates payroll settlements for staffing and outsourcing agencies, including per-client settlements, bank transfer batches (Elixir format) and invoicing via API (Fakturownia or Saldeo).
How much does Onboardly cost?
Public pricing (as of 2026): a monthly subscription plus a rate per worker in the system, with unlimited onboardings included. Starter 99 PLN/mo + 25 PLN per worker (up to 40), Growth 299 PLN + 20 PLN (40–140), Scale 999 PLN + 15 PLN (140–200), Enterprise 2000 PLN + 10 PLN (above 200). Full functionality in every plan. New accounts start on a 14-day trial with no card required.
Does Onboardly handle foreign workers in Poland?
Yes. It enforces the correct compliance path per citizenship: Ukrainian citizens (praca.gov.pl notification within 7 days of starting work), third-country nationals (type A work permit or declaration before work starts) and EU/EEA citizens (no permit required). Required documents are tracked in each worker's e-file.
What is the SoCap payroll model?
A collective-agreement based remuneration model where part of the salary is paid as a material benefit exempt from Polish social security contributions (ZUS) under §2(1)(26) of the contribution regulation, taxed at 12% PIT only. Confirmed by a final appellate court ruling (III AUa 1247/24, 2025). Onboardly computes it automatically from the agreed net amount.
