Introduction
What Onboardly is
Onboardly is a digital employment layer for Polish companies. It turns hiring a new person from a two-week paper chase into a single online process — from identity verification and contract signing, through a PIP/ZUS/US-compliant e-file, to payroll, invoices and settlements.
You hire a new employee through a single link. The candidate goes through a wizard: confirms their phone number, verifies identity (KYC), fills in their data, handles work legalization (if they are a foreign worker), chooses ZUS and tax settings, and finally signs the contract. You get a complete, encrypted e-file and ready-to-file registration documents.
What Onboardly does
- Online onboarding — one link, a candidate wizard, a contract generated and signed remotely.
- Identity verification (KYC) — Sumsub, 190+ countries, document scan + selfie, OCR fills in the data.
- E-signature — our own (drawn + SMS code + audit trail) plus Autenti and PandaDoc.
- E-file — employee documentation with a per-path checklist and expiry alerts (medical exams, health & safety, residence, contract).
- Payroll and settlements — gross/net engine, SoCap model, invoices, bills, transfer batches, export to HR & payroll software.
- Foreign workers — legalization paths by citizenship and a portal for the legalization partner.
Who it's for
Onboardly was built for Polish companies of 20–200 people that hire regularly and are tired of paperwork: retail, hospitality, logistics, e-commerce, contact centers, security, IT. It also works well for staffing and outsourcing agencies (settlements per client and project, lots of foreign workers) and accounting firms (handling multiple entities).
Product principle
One source of truth instead of six systems. You enter employee data once — Onboardly builds the contract, the ZUS registration, the file and the settlement from it. Compliance is built into the process, not bolted on at the end.
