Introduction
Quick start
From creating an account to your first signed contract. We assume you have your company data and an offer for one person.
- 1Create an account at onboardly.work — registration verifies the NIP and creates the organization.
- 2Go through the setup wizard — enter your company data, choose a signature provider and a countersigner. See Setup wizard.
- 3Create an onboarding — in “Onboardings → New” enter the candidate's data, contract type, rate and (optionally) client/project.
- 4Send the link — the candidate gets an SMS/email and goes through the wizard: SMS code, KYC, data, taxes, signature.
- 5Countersign the contract — after the employee signs, you sign on the company side. The finished document goes to the file (and to the Google Drive archive, if enabled).
- 6Manage from there — the employee is on the active list; settle work time, payroll and bills.
Already have a team?
Instead of running each person through the wizard, use importing existing employees — it creates files in bulk, without a link or KYC.
