Employee onboarding
Onboarding process overview
Onboarding is the hiring of a single person, from invitation to a signed contract. When the process ends, the onboarding becomes the employee's e-file.
What onboarding is
Onboarding is a single process of hiring one person. It starts with inviting a candidate, guides them through identity verification, data and contract signing, and ends with a complete set of employment documents.
Once finished, the onboarding doesn't disappear — it becomes the employee's file. The same record you filled in while hiring later serves as the e-file with the documentation.
Onboardings list
You see all onboardings in a single list. You can filter them by status — from invited candidates, through in-progress wizards, to completed and signed ones.
- Invited — the candidate received the link but hasn't started yet.
- In progress — the candidate is going through the wizard.
- Awaiting signature / countersignature — waiting for a signature to be submitted.
- Completed — the contract is signed and the file has been created.
What you get at the end
The result of onboarding is a complete e-file: personal data, the identity verification result, the signed contract in PDF, and the remaining employment documents gathered in one place.
