Setup
Settings and providers
In settings you configure everything your onboardings and settlements rely on: company details, external providers, archiving on Google Drive, invoicing, HR integrations and outgoing webhooks.
Company details
You complete and update the details of the active company (NIP, REGON, address) that go onto contracts and filings. These are the same details you provided in the onboarding wizard for your first company.
Providers
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| OHS | OHS training for employees. |
| Medical exams | Occupational medicine referrals and certificates. |
| Legalization partner | Legalization of foreign workers' residence and work. |
| Countersignatory | The company representative who signs contracts on the employer's behalf. |
Archiving on Google Drive
- 1You connect a Google account via OAuth.
- 2You designate a folder for documents.
- 3Onboardly archives OHS, legalization and medical documents in it.
Email send blocking (test mode)
Test mode
Email send blocking holds back outgoing messages. Enable it when you're testing your configuration, so you don't send invitations or notifications to real employees. Disable it before working in production.Invoicing
- Fakturownia.pl — as an invoice provider.
- Saldeo SmartAPI — an alternative invoice provider.
- Connection test — you verify the configuration before your first invoice.
HR and payroll integrations
You connect an export to your HR and payroll software. Supported targets:
- enova365
- Symfonia
- Comarch Optima
- InsERT Gratyfikant
- R2Płatnik
- Płatnik
- CSV
Outgoing webhooks
- 1You provide the URL that Onboardly sends events to.
- 2You set an HMAC secret to sign the requests.
- 3You run a test to confirm the recipient accepts events.
