Plans and pricing

Onboardly plans plus the Controlling add-on. You pay a monthly subscription and a rate per worker in the system, onboardings are unlimited and included. All prices are net, in PLN.

Plans

The price has two parts: a fixed monthly subscription and a rate per worker in the system. Onboardings are unlimited and included. The amounts below are net (excluding VAT).

Full functionality in every plan

Plans differ by company size and support level, not by feature set. Every paid plan includes hiring via a single link with identity verification, e-signature, the employee file, foreigner work permits, time tracking, leave, payroll, invoices, ZUS filings and exports to payroll software.

Who counts as a worker

A worker is anyone present in the system for at least one day in a given month, either mid-onboarding or with an active employee file. Archiving ends billing from the next month. A person working across several entities or projects counts once.

Starting without a card

New accounts start on a 14-day trial with full feature access and no card, limited to 3 hires. After the trial you pick a plan. The Free plan was withdrawn on 2026-08-24 and is not for production use.

Controlling add-on (KIKB report)

The Controlling add-on, a documentation-gap audit with a KIKB-stamped report, is self-serve in the Store, independent of your plan: one-time PLN 4000 net for a month of access (PLN 2000 net for subscribers) or a subscription at PLN 500 net/month (continuous access).

Annual billing

With annual billing you get −10% off the subscription. You handle invoices and billing-cycle changes in Billing.
