Clients & projects
Client portal
The client portal is a separate surface for a client company's manager. There they see their workers, approve hour reports, and submit employment requests — within a scope limited to their assigned projects.
Logging in
The manager logs in with a password or a magic link (a one-time link sent by email). On first access they set their own password.
Portal tabs
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Statistics and reports awaiting approval. |
| Workers | Workers assigned to the client's projects. |
| Hours | Approve or reject an hour report with a reason. |
| Hire | Submit a request to employ a new worker. |
Approving hours
In the Hours tab the manager approves or rejects a report. When rejecting, they give a reason. The decision can be changed until the employer confirms it — once the employer confirms, the report is closed.
Employment requests
From the Hire tab the manager submits an employment request for a new worker. The request goes to the employer for verification.
