Employee onboarding
Contracts and e-signature
The contract is generated from a DOCX template, and the candidate signs it electronically. After the employee signs, the company countersigns.
Generating the contract
The contract is created from a DOCX template by mapping placeholders to onboarding data — separately for the mandate contract, employment contract (UoP), B2B and contract for specific work. See Document templates.
Three signing methods
| Method | Description |
|---|---|
| Onboardly built-in e-signature | Signature drawn on screen + confirmation with an SMS code + an audit page (IP address, timestamp, SHA-256 hash of the document). |
| Autenti | External e-signature provider. |
| PandaDoc | External e-signature provider. |
Countersignature
After the employee signs, the contract is signed by a designated person on the company side (countersignature). Both signatures go into the final PDF.
The final PDF with both signatures is archived — optionally on Google Drive. You trigger a resend for signing from the panel.
