Employee onboarding
Creating an onboarding
You initiate hiring by providing the candidate's data and the contract terms. The system sends the candidate a link they use to launch the wizard.
Initiating an onboarding
You set up an onboarding by entering the candidate's data and the terms of employment. Based on that, the system builds the offer and the contract.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Candidate data | First name, last name and contact (phone number and/or email) for sending the link. |
| Contract type | Mandate contract (zlecenie), employment contract (UoP), B2B or a contract for specific work (umowa o dzieło). |
| Compensation / rate | Compensation amount or hourly rate in PLN. |
| Client and project | Optional — assignment to a client and project. |
| Occupation code | A code from the KZiS GUS dictionary (classification of occupations and specializations). |
Sending the link to the candidate
After the onboarding is created, the system sends the candidate a link that launches the wizard — via SMS or email. The candidate doesn't create an account; they authenticate with the token from the link and an SMS code.
Bulk onboarding
When you hire many people at once, use bulk onboarding — you create multiple onboardings in a single operation instead of adding each person separately.
Import from payroll
You can prefill candidate data by importing from payroll instead of entering it manually.
Actions on an onboarding
- Resend the link — to the candidate (wizard) or to the person providing the countersignature.
- Termination — ending the onboarding.
- Forget (GDPR) — deleting the data to fulfill the right to be forgotten.
- Event history — a full trail of what happened in the onboarding.
