Employee onboarding
Identity verification (KYC)
The candidate confirms their identity with a document scan and a selfie. Verification is handled by Sumsub, and OCR automatically fills in the personal data.
How verification works
Identity verification is handled by Sumsub, a provider supporting documents from more than 190 countries. The candidate scans a document (ID card or passport) and takes a selfie with liveness detection.
The result usually appears in ~60-90 s. OCR from the scanned document automatically fills in the candidate's personal data in the next wizard step.
Verification statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Approved | Identity confirmed, the wizard moves on. |
| Rejected | Verification failed, a retry is required. |
Verification can be reset on the operator side (company panel) so the candidate can attempt it again.
Verification pool
Each verification uses one unit from the pool. When the pool (credits) runs out, a credits-exhausted message appears and verification won't run until the pool is topped up.
