Clients and client groups
A client is a company you delegate workers to under an outsourcing model. You can combine entities into client groups and give individual client managers access to selected projects only.

The worker outsourcing model — clients, projects, the client portal and per-project settlements — is available on the Enterprise plan. On lower plans you delegate workers only within your own companies.What a client is
A client is an external company you assign your workers to. It isn't your own company — it's the recipient of the service. You assign projects (workplaces) to a client, and workers to projects. The hours worked at a client are the basis for settlements.
Client groups
If you handle a network of related entities, you can combine them into a client group. A group organizes the entities belonging to a single recipient and makes it easier to manage multiple companies of the same counterparty.
Client managers and access scope
You assign managers on the client company's side to a client. You grant a manager a limited scope — access to selected projects only. The manager sees and approves only what concerns their projects, through the client portal.
Company details and NIP lookup
You set up a client based on the company's registration details. You can look up the details by NIP — Onboardly suggests information about the entity, so you don't have to type everything in manually.
