Employee onboarding
Candidate wizard step by step
The wizard is the path a new person goes through after clicking the link. No account required — authentication uses the token from the link and an SMS code. The structure is dynamic: some steps appear conditionally.
The candidate doesn't log in to an account. They enter from the link, and their identity is confirmed by a token embedded in the link plus an SMS code.
The wizard structure is dynamic — foreign-worker steps and industry-specific steps appear only when they apply to the given person or position.
Wizard steps
- 1Welcome — a summary of the offer: position, rate, dates, contract type.
- 2SMS verification — a 6-digit code, 60 s cooldown between sends.
- 3Identity verification (KYC) — ID card or passport, front/back scan, selfie; OCR fills in the data. Details: KYC.
- 4Personal data — fields prefilled with data from OCR.
- 5Work legalization — only for a foreign worker. See Legalization.
- 6Address and bank account — residential address and account number.
- 7ZUS insurance — data for the insurance registration.
- 8Required documents — only for regulated industries, e.g. food service → Sanepid certificate; transport → category C/D/E driving license, code 95, ADR, psychological tests.
- 9Tax preferences — PIT-2, tax-deductible costs, allowances.
- 10Contract preview and signature — the candidate reviews the content and signs.
- 11Done — download the contract in PDF.
Resuming
The wizard remembers progress. When a candidate breaks off and comes back later, they return to the right step — they don't start over.Related: Identity verification (KYC) · Contracts and e-signature · Work legalization
