Employment requests
A client manager reports the need for a new worker through an employment request. The employer verifies it and either accepts it — in which case the request becomes the starting point for onboarding — or rejects it.
What a request contains
- The project the worker should join
- Candidate details
- Position
- Contract type
- Rate
- Start date
- Notes
Flow
- 1The client manager submits a request from the client portal.
- 2The employer verifies the request details.
- 3The employer accepts the request (it becomes the starting point for onboarding) or rejects it.
Request statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Request submitted, awaiting the employer's verification. |
| Converted | Accepted — it became the starting point for onboarding. |
| Rejected | The employer rejected the request. |
The manager doesn't create the onboarding themselves
The client manager only initiates the need with a request. They don't create the onboarding themselves — the employer launches it after accepting the request. See Creating an onboarding.Related: Creating an onboarding · Client portal · Projects and assignments
