Bills and invoices

Onboardly generates bills for civil-law contracts and lets you issue VAT invoices through an external provider. Bills go to the employee, invoices to the accounting system.

Bills for civil-law contracts

For mandate and specific-work contracts the system generates bills: monthly or one-off. The bill is created automatically as a PDF and sent to the employee.

The bill is generated automatically based on the payroll.
The employee receives the PDF and confirms receipt.
The bill is also visible in the employee portal.

VAT invoices

VAT invoices are issued through an external provider. You can choose: Fakturownia.pl or Saldeo SmartAPI.

You select the invoice provider per organization in the provider settings.
