Bills and invoices
Onboardly generates bills for civil-law contracts and lets you issue VAT invoices through an external provider. Bills go to the employee, invoices to the accounting system.
Bills for civil-law contracts
For mandate and specific-work contracts the system generates bills: monthly or one-off. The bill is created automatically as a PDF and sent to the employee.
- The bill is generated automatically based on the payroll.
- The employee receives the PDF and confirms receipt.
- The bill is also visible in the employee portal.
VAT invoices
VAT invoices are issued through an external provider. You can choose: Fakturownia.pl or Saldeo SmartAPI.
You select the invoice provider per organization in the provider settings.
