Companies
A single organization (tenant) in Onboardly can span multiple companies (payers). Each company has its own details, templates, providers and limits, and onboardings and employees belong to a specific company.
The organization is the top level of the account. Within it you run one or many companies — each company is a separate payer that you hire on, sign contracts under, and register employees to ZUS with.
What belongs to a company
- NIP, REGON and address.
- Data for contracts and ZUS filings.
- Its own document templates.
- Its own providers (signature, OHS, medical exams, legalization).
- Plan and limits.
Data assignment
Onboardings and employees belong to a specific company, not to the organization as a whole. When you create an onboarding, you always work in the context of a single company.Switching company context
- 1In the panel you select the active company (context switcher).
- 2Onboardings, employees and templates narrow down to that company.
- 3Switching context moves the entire panel to the data of the selected payer.
Who multi-entity is for
Multiple companies within one organization matter for corporate groups and agencies that hire across several entities. You run them from a single account, but keep data, templates and limits separated per payer.
