Deductions and benefits

Onboardly handles deductions from pay and social benefits with a defined funding mode. Both items affect payrolls.

Deductions

You define deductions from the employee's pay. They affect the calculation of the take-home amount on the payroll.

Social benefits include, for example, PZU, Medicover, EdenRed. For each benefit you set the funding mode.

Funding mode	Who pays
Employee	The employee covers the benefit cost (deduction).
Employer	The employer covers the benefit cost.
Split	The cost is split — used in the SoCap model.

Deductions and benefits are included in the payroll calculation.
