Setup
Onboarding wizard
On first launch, the Onboardly panel forces you through an onboarding wizard. Before you can go any further, you have to provide your company details, choose a signature provider and designate a countersignatory.
The wizard starts automatically after your first login to the panel and blocks access to the rest of the app until you complete it. This guarantees that your first onboarding starts with a complete set of data rather than an empty configuration.
Who runs the wizard
The wizard is completed by the organization owner — the account that created the organization (tenant). Once finished, they have access to the full panel and can invite additional users. What you provide in the wizard
| Step | What you provide | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Company details | NIP, REGON, address | Used on contracts and in ZUS filings for your first company (the payer). |
| Signature provider | Choice of e-signature provider | Determines what you sign employee contracts with. |
| Countersignatory | The person signing on the company's behalf | The company representative who countersigns contracts sent to employees. |
| SoCap Token (optional) | Module opt-in | Enables the SoCap Token module. You can skip it and enable it later. |
Step-by-step flow
- 1Logging in to the panel after creating the organization launches the wizard.
- 2You enter your company details: NIP, REGON and address.
- 3You choose the signature provider that will be used to sign contracts.
- 4You designate the countersignatory on the company's behalf.
- 5You decide whether to enable the SoCap Token module (opt-in, optional).
- 6You confirm the wizard — the panel unlocks full access.
